Changes, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

 

Reservation Changes

 

Confirmation of a change to any reservation is subject to room availability.

 

Any reservation canceled or modified 3 days or less before arrival will incur a penalty of one night plus taxes and services.

 

Hotel Casa Arum reserves the right to charge your credit card a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of reserved nights.

 

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show and if the deposit has been covered, the remaining total of the stay will be charged, with the grace period ending at 11:59 a.m. on the guest’s arrival day at Hotel Casa Arum, through the payment method provided by the guest.

 

Cancellation Fees

 

Cancellation fees are determined according to the season:

 

• High Season: 7 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to two nights’ stay.

• Winter High Season: 15 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay, for each reserved room.

• Low Season: 3 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
